The embassy asked for the ORIGINALs and they actually asked for my ORIGINAL passport twice. I had to write a letter to explain and sent two enquiry emails. Thank God, they replied to my emails that they had my passport.

Email is a non-count noun. Thus, like the words "snow," "salt," "money" and others, it is generally not used in the plural form of "emails."

"email" is actually a short form for "electronic mail". Mail is countable so email should be countable too. In fact, the plural form is widely used.

Forgot to tell you that "mail" as a noun is both countable and uncountable.Actually it doesn't matter because there is always grammatical exceptions in English. Communication is the most important thing. I've heard foreign teachers say "sheeps" and "him" when she was talking about her sister.

CELINE 你的情况与我的类似,在你拿到了签证以后是否还有时间回答我的问题: (1)使馆没有面试你吗?(2) 能否介绍一下你所提供的证据(证明你们的婚姻的真实性的)(3)为什么最近那么多真的婚姻竟然被拒??多谢你为后来人指指路。

Yes,I'll try all I can to help. Please tell me if you'd like me to use Chinese. I haven't used Chinese much for about 6 years. I'm very slow with it but I will try my best.1. there is no interview required
2. things my husband prepared:
a letter explaining our relationship
selected emails about 2 or 3 centimenters
all kinds of tickets such as airplane, train, park, movie...
things I prepared:
about 45 pictures (all taken from 7July to 4August)
additional answer sheet for the questionnaire
3. I'm very sorry to hear that.
Can you tell me more about those cases?
