more than 80. 经验就是 多看, 多看, 再多看. 可以找 3-4 个代理, 一起看. 注意别冲突. 砍价的时候要坚定. 千万别心急, 不成功, 会有更好的等着你.

千万别这么想, 趁现在还没CLOSING,赶紧要求你的经纪给你安排一次验房, 并且注意自己找验房师. 别省这2-3百块钱,海鲜龙虾都点了, 还省这包餐巾纸钱? 如果真有什么大问题, 2-3千都包不住.

很多人说较新的汤house不需要验屋,因为出现房屋结构问题的可能性很小。所以,你不能因此而骂你的买房代理。不过,我的验屋师不仅给我验房,而且向我讲了不少房屋知识。这值不值两三百块钱,因人而异。

前20 个房子, 是了解房子结构, 区别; 20-40 试着砍价, 谈了 5 家, 就是不让交易成, 摸清砍价的幅度; 最后40 个中, 才是参照前面看的认真报价.
