That depends on QC's policy, which I know nothing of, sorry. But to register a Fed company will be easier and cheaper than register a new company, and you'll have some advantage.

NO limitation. You'll need to registerwith each province you do biz in. In ON it cost $0. In BC, it cost $325. I don't know QC.
