枫下沙龙 / 休闲娱乐 / 跳拉丁健身舞有一段时间了,感觉既健身又能欣赏优美的音乐,身心健康,跳得比较流行的有chacha, salsa, samba, bachata,tango.Samba节奏很快,是很好cardio workout,Tango就象在地上画画,对练平衡很好,,Bachata音乐很抒情,跳起来觉得特放松减压.

就是 Ballroom 的 Chacha, Samba, Salsa 每曲下来都会微汗的. 如舞伴默契的话, 更是好痛快 ! Ballroom 的 Tango 节奏慢点, 但肢体动作大也够运动量... ... Zumba 的最大好处是不需舞伴可以自娱自乐 ... ...
