No need to do homework. Being there done that. Do either of you have an MBA or a BCom degree? Or you are hoping that your kids would have one?

You are wrong dear. UofT is certainly not #1. Many kids out of that school then join the unemployed team immediately, or have to do jobs like cashier to make ends meet.ha ha ha

Not sure about others but Waterloo accounting is NO1.

This is undergraduate ranking. Waterloo CA program you graduate with a Master's degree so it is NOT part of the ranking. The ones which did not make the Master's degree are the drop outs.So you are comparing Waterloo drop outs vs. the other university normal graduates. #3 isn't that bad.

Thank you for the information. I was wondering why Waterloo only ranked the third when I first saw the ranking.

That's not correct, because Waterloo has an undergraduate accounting program, AFM or BAFM, which IS part of the ranking.

Those are not the elite bunch. The elites are in the Master of Accounting program.

My point is that your conclusion and argument are wrong. The ranking is Not comparing Waterloo dropouts with other universities’ normal students. Also, other schools have master and PhD elites. Even undergraduates in the same school are much different, e.g. York has Schulich and non-Schulich students, and U of T has students from UTSG (Rotman), UTSC, and UTM campuses.

Maybe my argument is extreme. But when you apply to Waterloo from high school, you can commit to the 5-year Master of Chartered Accountancy program. This group of student was excluded from the ranking all together. But this program is what Waterloo accounting is famous for.

Well it's needless or useless to do so in my view. Or you may consider to do an MBA or a BCom yourself. It pays offif you are smart enough.
