over 50岁的人不确定能在退休前拿到禄卡的(孩子已上大学的), 退休了还的居住加拿大, 那就留着房子(没房贷或房贷不多了)给自己一条后路吧, 瞧加拿大这火爆的房市, 50万的房子已经不多见了.如果还年轻, 或者有孩子在美国读书的, 卖掉加拿大的房子, 让自己的生活简单, 享受美国的生活, 拿到禄卡.

steve888: 所有的国家都是,在哪儿有收入,先在哪儿报,先缴税。然后在居住地根据税务协议和法律报。加拿大的任何收入必须先在加拿大申报缴税。根据美国法律,你在美国居住,全球收入必须申报,所以也要在美国申报。然后根据美加协定,在加拿大缴过的税在美国可以算credit。
