what kind of bike did you use? and what's the pace?
If you are a roadie and could bike at around 28-30km/hr on average, we could bike together.some good routes to take in mississauga are heritage road, mclauglin, mississauga road, etc, that u could bike all the way to caledon, orangeville, niagra emcarpment.

If you ride a road bike, then you are called a cyclist. If you ride a mountain bike, then you are called a mountain biker. No one is called bicycler! ;-)

Hybrider? Nobody calls anybody bicycler. There's no such a word in English dictionary. Yacht? So you are a tachter, right?

another comment, I called myself and others who biked everyday avid cyclists. Usually the words "biker" refers to people who ride a motorcycle, that's my understanding which maybe wrong.

u are faster now Iron. But be careful I am catching up. I run 10+ km everyday at evening. Commute on bike for 30km everyday. and biked 100+km every weekends. I am only averaging 28 km/hr becasue of laziness on a solo ride.BTW, I became far skinner than before, not to your extend though. LOL

You are focus on races but I prefer to shape the body to the fittest. That's the different. I am hesitant to live up to u to loose all of my upper body muscles. LOL.

But I feel I am faster enough for now. Once a while I came across some cycling club riding groups and I could ride with them without lost at ease. I could ride at 30km/hr if I didn't get lazy.

You go faster becasue you trained so hard for races. I just want to take my own pace. Don't want to overdo myself. But one thing u gona become jelous of me.I have added many new bikes to my fleet. I have a race ready TT bike, a full XTR equiped hardtail, a Ridley cyclocross, 3 road bikes(one red group, one chorus group, one 105 group for commute). I think I have more bikes than u now. 6 good bikes in total with different purpose. I will post pics later on if I have time. u will drool. LOL

我有convert 我的old Marin nail trail mtb to touring bike 的打算,所以不卖了。你先在sportscheck打对折的时候买部300-500左右的mtb 骑一下,如果很喜欢这项活动的话,再买好的。

Really could this possible? I am using tubeless for my MTB. It's 26 inch rim.

26"rim with slicker tire are fine for the speed. The most important thing is the handlebar. replace one or i adjust front end buy will still kill my back.Aluminum frame may not carry too many luggage. disc brake should be fine. i need to add fender, racks. of course not as good as touring bike. did some google search. x-cross mtb is best for convert. maybe buy a touring bike is the best way to go one or two weeks trip.

I run every evening so I only biked to work and at weekends. I usually took the route north to caledon area for the beautiful views.Mississauga rd, Mclauglin, heritage road are all good routes. yesterday I biked 95km to Grange side rd, and mountainview rd. Such a breath taking view!!! saw lots of cyclists on the road. Grange side rd is up/down like riding in a wave, very good on climb training. Lakeshore route is a very classic one that I did for so many times.....

多练习爆发力和耐久力。技术上:change to the correct gear on time. 硬件:买辆好一点的车。铁兄我说的对不?

Change to the right gear ratio according to the slope. Tried to keep the cadence steady, 90rmp and above is perfect, at least 80rmp. For really long and steep slopes u have to stand up to rock the bike to climb.
