考虑买CONDO,我情况是: 夫妻2人,近3-5 年不考虑孩子.也不考虑出租CONDO,那么买1 BED ROOM 的超豪华CONDO 还是买一般的1BED ROOM +DENBI比较合适?假设价格差不多.

I prefer 1BED ROOM +DEN. Wouldn't it be nice to have the Den as a computer room or office? :-)

but that one bed room lux condo is really luxuary,like a palace with 30000 S.F recreeation room.I really like it.the only problem is it's just 1 bed room ,no den. for that 1 bed room plus den,just commom condo.no big facilities

Nobody here at Rolia has seen the condo and has the idea how big the difference is. Only you can tell. If you think the luxury facilities are worth the money, you should go for it.

that Condo is called "skumark WEST" by Tridel, it's one of the most lxuary condo in Mississauga. close to eglinton/HWY10. 2 bed room in this building is almost 300k$

不同的Condo应该不同吧。有些包括电费,有些不包,但是Facility的维护费用肯定是摊在住户头上的,因此,豪华的Facility自然意味着高昂的管理费。
