枫下茶话 / 政治经济 / Is anyone here clear about Romney's plan?Romney spent the last few months depict an Obama that only exists in GOP's imagination.
I am totally in the dark on his platform of how to create jobs and reduce deficit, except cutting tax to the rich and cutting programs to the poor. Anyone here that can shed some light?

Romney 那两把刷子能有啥好办法。 47%是过去20年,经济全球化的结果。大部分发钱的法案都是2党共同支持的。工作流失到发展中国家,富人越来越富,穷人越来越依赖政府,政府越来越依赖借债。虽然这个模式不可持续的,但不这样做早就大萧条了实现可持续发展的唯一途径,是调整全球范围的财富分配,调整投资消费的比例。 这个不但和共和党的教条相反,而且超越了国家

Globalization makes the rich richer and the poor poorer - somewhat true in a sense, that in developed world, many better pay jobs were moved to developing countries...manufacture jobs used to be paid better than in services sector...

成本降低,利润上升,富人越富。同时米国制造工作减少以后, 工人只能转入低薪的服务业。一个米国服务业工人工资+一个中国制造工人工资<米国制造业工人工资。 世界工人阶级的消费能力相对下降,米国只能用债务把消费缺口暂时补上

LIVING COSTS 导致了工人的单位制造成本的不同。国际化是低成本人工的使用大大增加。纯利润却被少量 THE RICH 掌握了。不是消费能力下降,而是高成本工人的消费能力下降(也是宏观消费水平下降)。债务补缺口还是不太明白,对不起。
