Audiofuel 190 BPMI listen to 190 0r 2x95 BPM (beat per minute) hard rock music. If I increase distance per stride the pace will go up to 7.5-8.5 naturally. On the treadmill we have to control stride step because of safety issue.

不要跑太多。我4月初跑了目前唯一的一个treadmill半马,再往后一个8M,一个10M, 然后膝盖就开始疼,现在暂时不跑了。好像有建议新手不要超过30MPW.

Good advice. Thanks!I will reduce pace and mileage, add some cross training next week and take a day break before running day. Meantime I will eat more food such as crops to reserve energy.
