给你一个简单的例子, 有 选区1 和 选区2 他们的可投票人都是100人...选区1(100人都投票了) 有A, B, c党的候选人, A的40票 B的35票 C的25票 A胜
选区2(只有去50人投票了, 其他50人漠不关心) 有A, B, c党的候选人, A的5票 B的20票 c的25票 C胜
但是选举结果是A和C各一个席位, 安总投票数是 A: (40+5)/150 = 30% B:(35 + 20)/150 = 36% C:(25 + 25)/150 = 33%
看着B好像赢了总票数, 可是他们没有一个席位, 这就是北美的选举制度, 非常公平

既然是分选区选举, 就应该看选区内的结果, 在一个选区内是loser, 就是失去了这个选区的全部选票, 在谈合计选票有意义马?

选区1(100人都投票了) 有A, B, c党的候选人, A的40票 B的35票 C的25票 A胜
选区2(100人都投票了) 有A, B, c党的候选人, A的25票 B的35票 C的40票 C胜从总体来说,B得票最多,但却输了.从总体来说到底是B更有代表性,还是A,C更有代表性呢?

其实,只要把事先确定的民主规则事先更改为:任何政党事先同意联合执政,其选票就合并计算。
只此一条规则更改,就能让反映绝对多数选民意志的新民党、自由党实现更能体现民主精神的联合执政

我不太懂这里选举制度的非常具体含义以及制定规则的历史和过程,我选什么党也只是看着顺眼,并没有积极研究每一项政策的含义。但是从逻辑和原则性分析我会更在乎选举过程是否遵循已有的法律,并不会随意猜测已存在的法律是否合理。

楼主的意思是加拿大的民主是虚伪的民主,强奸了民意.请问,中国如何?中国人的选票在哪里?一党的意志,强行代表了13亿人,8000万党员代表了13亿人,等于是6%的人口的意志,代表了94%的人口(而这6%的党员,他们自己的意志也未必是真正表达出来的).对此搂主有何评论?
