相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / Non-Criminal Record in CanandaOn the way to help my parents to prepare MD resume, I have a concern and would like to get someone’s advises here.
My parents visited Toronto many years ago. Will CIC ask them to provide non-criminal records during their visits to Toronto when CIC evaluates my parent’s MD resume? Any information on this regarding will be really appreciated. Thanks ahead for anyone who can provide help on this.

一般不需要, 除非VO向你要. 这个问题我问过CIC - 其它国家, 如果去超过半年以上的, 都需要, 加拿大不需要. 我想如果有什么不良记录, 移民局应该有记录, 所以一般就不再要无犯罪记录证明了.
