相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 【请问】父母递交移民资料到北京， 需不需要交Sponsorship Agreement (IMM1344B)？在“The Immigrant's Guide"(IMM3998 E 11-2010)第五页上面写道第一步填的表格里有Sponsorship Agreement, 后面还写道 “Your sponsor will already have signed this form and sent it to you with this guide. You must sign it also and return it to your sponsor." 我理解的意思是这份表是我收着， 所以就不用交给北京使馆了。
不知道我的理解是否正确？谢谢！
