相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 父母移民刚在加拿大做完体检，要交Landing Fee，但是在cic网站上说如果是outside canada递交的申请不可以在网上交Landing Fee,这种情况应该怎么做？

应该可以由sponsor在网上交。你不放心可以给CIC打个电话

There is the link on share workbook, can you check there and follow ppa_app's way. Hope it helps. The landing fee should be paid by sponsors and paid to Mississauga.
