Immi med checkup report is sent to an overseas office that is responsible for the visa post that processes the immi application; visitor record extensions' medicals are all sent to Ottawa.If you really want to do one of them, better to do the immigration one then send the info about where/when you do it, to Ottawa to ensure you have complied with their request to avoid any problem in future.

我们当年直接就去移民体检了。移民体检后，写了封信给发签证体检的地方，说明了情况，附上了家里电话号码。他们也没回信也没来电话，但肯定是明白怎么回事了。
