you need to write to both BJ and CPC_Mississauga. Fax/writing is better than Email.

打电话应该也可以的，或者自己登陆上sponsor的号码改自己的信息。我在sponsor case刚递交傻姑娘去没有处理的时候就打电话改过一次。其实他们鼓励自己到网上submit信息来修改。

NO. Online or calling CIC's toll free # can only change the sponsor's Canadian address. To change overseas address, you do need to contact the vis post directly either by email or fax or writing.
