Take the "Hukou" to your local police office and get the "无犯罪证明 ". Then bring it to the Notary Service(公证处) to translate and notarize.Note: Immigration documentation list indicated that they want the original copy of the "police certificate", so you'd better ask 2 copies when you make the 无犯罪证明 in your local police office. The notary service office will keep an original copy for their own record.
