去年就是如此了。我申请我老婆的时候拖拉了就职好再做了一次无犯罪记录和公证，第二次还碰上户口所在地公安局规定变化，要去所有住过的地方开无犯罪记录证明，很搞笑，也只能去跑。

我刚找到一个2008-10的版本要求就改3个月了,也许大家(包括移民官)都没太注意这问题.要不你就赶快交上去试试?

I already ask relative in China to get a new one. The risk will be another two month's late if any incomplete supporting document. I would rather just follow the request.
