我受启发, 刚才online 查了， decision made, and mail sent on Dec. 17my first letter stated as Aug 24, 2007, but for the decision status, it says they received on Aug. 10, 2007

恭喜你！我刚刚打电话到CIC，先是电话录音说“我们在2007年8月10日收到你的申请，2010年12月20日我们给你寄了一封信。”我hold了很久，终于有位法语口音的男士接听，问了N个问题，说“sponsorship not approved，NO!” 我差点心脏病，后来他说是他电脑上“没有看到通过的信息”，发给我那份信内容他不知道，一般来说是要“additional information”，我问他CIC收到我6月的时候就已经寄的过去几年的option-C没有，他说收到了。真不知道，CIC还要我补什么材料。。。这样一等，不知道又要等多久。。。急死我了，20日寄出来的信，不知道圣诞能否收到。好烦啊！

我是打1-888-242-2100然后根据电话指示按ID#，出生年。。然后电话录音就说昨天给我寄信。我继续hold，就有人说话了。看来我是要补材料了，如果通过了，那接线员应该在他的系统看到的。

Hi, in my case, the auto voice mail says " your application was recieved on August 10th,2007. Your undertake application has been forwarded to the nearest visa office of your relative on December 20th, 2010".

那我就更加肯定我是还没有通过了，希望接线员那个No是“还没有通过”，不是“不通过”吧。过去几年我们的收入都是够的，就是家里多了两个小孩。但是过去几年的option-C我都主动补了，还会叫我补什么材料啊？

The other proof of finance will be employment letter. If you have kids after submitting sponsorship, your child's birth certificate. Other than these, I don't know...

任何连续的12个月,你的option-c是比较勉强的还是大大的富余.会不会查你生孩子的某一段时间?

"任何连续的12个月"这个论题我也是最近看到你们在讨论的。我和老公过去几年的每年的收入都是超过最低要求的，超过几千吧，不算勉强也不算大大富余。如果CIC真的要查“任何连续的12个月‘，我都不清楚我过不过。

I would say if the total income in your current employment letters exceed the minimium requirement, they just need your updated employment status, and don't forget to photocopy your children's birth certificates.

我对折都还多多了,还批准得比好多人都晚了几月,我觉得是分到懒家伙手里了,你的,真要查你的话,你才超过几千肯定玄了,你把收入最少的几个月卡在中间,也就是没上班的日子,看够不?希望你是批准了,明天收到信就知道了.

休产假的时候是不够了。我死定了。我现在很沮丧。请问那里可以看到更多关于 “任何12个月都要达到”的要求啊？ 我之前以为保证每年收入达到就行，所以产假都没有休够一年就上班了，如果这样都不过的话真的是“天没眼”了。

真的是任何12个月都要达到要求吗？我还记得填担保表格的时候，你可以挑“去年的总收入”或者“你递表的前12个月总收入”的比较大的收入来汇报。但是我在论坛上看到有人因为差51加币被拒了。。。。。我现在很confused

谢谢大象，但你给我的link我看不到什么移民的东西啊，是Department of Justice的网站. 现在我和老公都工作，收入都超过要求很多。我们以后不会再生孩子也不会休产假了，如果CIC算旧账，reject我的话我也没办法。我干脆就sponsor我爸一个，我爸来了再工作一下sponsor我妈。

看来不少人是在这两天给出结果的。bagua,我们的电话录音和你的一样，这就是为什么我们有点担心结果，因为我期待着听到“你的担保申请已通过”，而不是我的担保已送往visa office，向我上面写的那样。anyway，如果你受到letter,一定上来通报一下吧，告诉我们是不是真的担保阶段已经正式通过了，还是要送到visa office去继续审理担保看他们是不是接受。

same good news here!I saw you guy's messageand I just called the call centre - my case was just approved yesterday and file was transferred to visa office. Hope I will recieive before Dec 28 and I can mail out my parents applciation before their criminal record expired. Merry Christmas to everyone!

Don't worry. You must be approved already! TONG XI TONG XI! -- I got the same message as yours. Just talk to a rep and ask if you were approved or not. In my case the rep told me mine was approved.

12.23 收到来信， 告诉我下2个星期内， application kit 会 寄到， 如果未到， 联系cic， download application kit, 以 12.17 号 为开始， 北京要半年内收到申请。
