相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 请问父母探亲延期的问题。在续签签证到之前能不能离境？上次的签证已经过期，现在续签要等３个月，我父母有急事要回国，离境的时候怎么证明在等探亲延期呀？下次入境会有什么麻烦吗？ 谢谢，请指教，急等。。。

Sure you can! As long as you have sent out the renew application before the current visa expiration date. There will be no problem. They will still mail the Visa to you.

不是啊大侠，我担心的是出境的时候，如何证明我们不是逾期滞留，如果留下坏的记录，下次我爸妈申请签证会受影响吧？

Since you will have a visa eventually (Assume you had applied), it will be fine. Bye the way, my parents-in-law had the same case.
