恭喜收到visa，谢谢分享。另外不知道CAIPS有其他人没有帮助，有人作过没有，的确会加快么？我看到好多留学生申请递交bufflo移民用这个查看进度，不知道对父母移民有没有用处？

we did, applied at Sept. 29th, and received the report at Oct. 28th, basically it is a report printed from the computer system about the history of the application status change.

I checked 同学录, it seems your code changed to 12 on Oct 30. Do you think it's because of CAIPS? Have you got you ME form? Thanks.

可以的，但是需要他们签字，你代他们询问，然后交5刀，可以交支票。如果他们自己询问，不要钱滴。我前一阵之正想做呢，但是不知道会不会加速。依据写贴的老人说，可能他申请了这个所以加快了。

我也不太清楚，你自己google一下。还有这里也有不少留学生讨论caips的，但是探亲板块很少有人提，advance search里查查。
