相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / it seems like our rally had some effect on BJ visa office, just let everyone aware, we have send the petition (with more than 600 people signatures) to MP Chow's office. she agreed to bring it to Minister Kenney 's attention.

谢谢。除非发邮件给北京的负责人，如果只是general inquiry的邮箱，多半没用，因为高层根本看不到。那个回复我邮件的，居然开头：dear xxx。很明显是哪位中国办事员地干活。我去上海办事处办事，看到的都是那些年轻的中国office小姐。

i send the first email to general inquires, then there is a officer called Martin steven replied me, just to explain they understand the issue, but they don't have authority to change it. then i asked him to forward my email to minister Kenney.and then i send our rally fliers and news to him. just recently, he blocked his email, so i could not send it to him again, then i send it to general inquiries again.

i heard cic is not allowed to delete the emails send to minister Kenney, it is just the fact if they will bring it to his attention or not. but they say if same issue has been raised many times, they will certainly check into it.

i basicly send my emails every two weeks to minister Kenney, and copy to BJ office. CIC automatic reply told me email is not a good communication method, so i send my email to aske cic let me know what is the best communication method i can use.i asked cic fax number, but they did not reply me.
