相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 请问我的枫叶卡已经过期了，因为没有符合5年住满2年的规定，申请travel document 被拒，现在在等待移民局上诉通知，据说电话询问可能性大，但是孩子是加拿大公民，他现在3岁了，我想带他过去生活，有什么好办法能重新进入加拿大呢？谢谢指点！

My understanding: your child is a Canadian Citizen and lives with you overseas...now your PR Card expires and travel doc was refusal. If yes, then, you need to go to Hearing.Once you prove you are the parent of the Canadian Child, you should be able to get travel doc from visa post then come back for renewal. Good luck.
