相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 突然被北京领事馆要求补交美国的无犯罪记录，要寄finger print给FBI，但本地公安局要求护照原件才给填指纹表格，可护照原件已经交到北京领事馆了（气啊），有没有那位办过finger print的朋友知道国内那个机构可以帮忙出表格，而不需要出示护照原件，谢谢了!!!!!!
