谢谢回复. 还没收到体检通知.File No is Dec 10 2007. Status changed to 12 on Nov 4 2010.I hope we can get medical exam very soon. Do you know the details how can this work out. After ME, we have to send the passport and I am not sure if we should send from China and Canada separately. Or I should ask my father in law to send the passport to Canada and send them together from Canada.

I don't think it does matter. Just clear state the applicant name, birthday, file number in each letter, no matter where you send it out. So everythings will go to your application package.
