相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 我妈的探亲签证延期刚批下来，要求3个月内体检，现在已经过了两个多月了，如果不体检直接回国可以吗？那样会不会对以后的申请有影响呢？谢谢！

3 month starts from the date that the officer signed the extension visa, so you have lots of time.

if they don't come back within 6 months, then no need to do medical exams; but for future, better to inform CIC about their departure.
