contact CIC asap....if mom was principle, then now need to change forms..and should get refund if CIC has NOT started to process your application....call 1888-242-2100 or fax to 905-8037392 CPC-Mississauga.

Thanks linda355. Dad is principle. Do you know if it will affect the time of application if mom is withdrawn?

it won't affect the entire processing time but IF JUST SEPARATION NOT DIVORCED, mom still has to undergo and pass med. exam/security background check. Otherwise Dad won't be issued visa.
