我手头只有第一封信， 就是说明已经收到我的申请， 但是没有档案号。 这种情况，怎么改地址？

using your PR card, log in online and change address there

写信或发传真，写清楚名字生日和旧地址，再通知新地址就可以了。没有file number没关系。我也搬了几次家，但就在担保下来前一两个月才通知他们改地址。改早了也没用。

you'd better attach the first letter from CIC with your letter.

the address you need to change is the Sponsor's. So go to www.cic.gc.ca and change it there. You should have your Client ID in your PR card, or Confirmation of PR, or even use your immigration file (BXXXXXXXXX) + DOB and nationality.
