据说可以去buffalo签一个多次签证，但也有人汇报说有效期只能到目前在加拿大居留的有效期。你可以查查旧帖。

if your mom has been in Canada for at least ONE YEAR, yes, she can apply for multiple visa via any Consulate in USA, e.g. Buffalo. Otherwise she is not eligible to apply there. If interview is required by Buffalo, then she needs visa to USA.

My parents will come next year, i want to do the same thing for them. I don't want them have trouble to get visa in beijing, so i will just apply single entry for them. Can u let me know too if you try to get muti-entry visa for them?Thanks!
