u need submit to bj office by urself with other forms and docs,not transfer autoly.after u submit to bj,they will send u a letter with file number like B012345678.did u get that?

The application to Beijing office was submitted in May or June 2009, no acknowledgement letter has been received from Beijing yet. Is this normal? Is there any way that I can contact Beijing and inquire? Thx.
