请问熟悉地产的各位 DX, 有关房子地点的问题.If the House is very close to Business/Industrial land( < 500 M), such as: a business park, some industrial land for future development, Does the value of the house will be affected in the future, bad or good?
Assume the insudtrial land won't have noise and pollution problem.
Any idea is welcome, thanks.

不是这样的。在一个好区,越繁华的地方反而便宜。基本上没有人愿意住在街角,繁忙马路边。越是circle深处的房子越贵。

我认为,通常的印象中,这里居民区就是居民区,工业区就是工业区。无论什么工厂,里面总会有废气排放出来;而即使是非常干净的仓库,也总有大货柜车来往。没有人喜欢这些。
