移民登陆后半年以后申请, 得到10年的签证几率为95%以上,即使 登陆半年以内被拒比例也很高...你没有登陆就想申请....

I applied for my mom once she became a landed immigrant and got a 10 years Visa to USA. It is easier to apply after the landing.

My mom will get immigration visa soon. But I am in USA now. I also want her to apply visa to US. Will it be a better idea to apply after she landed or apply before landing?

WHEN YOU APPLIED THE VISA FOR THEM. THEY HAVE BEEN HERE FOR SIX MONTHS OR LESS. BECAUSE TOMORROW WE GOT TO GO, BUT THEY BEEN HERE ONLY 5 MONTHS. SO COULD YOU LET ME KNOW. THANKS A LOT
