相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 正在准备父母移民的申请.作为担保人可不可以当父母的移民代理呢?移民手册上只说有付费和不付费的代表,家庭成员可以自己当代表.母亲不懂任何英文,想着递完表就让她来探亲.另外如果我自己当代表,要不要多付邮资给大使馆,因为他们要把信寄到加拿大来给我. 请有经验的帮帮忙!

For the people who have the same situation as me, I received the answer by email from BeiJing Office. As a sponsor I can be the representative of immigration application as well, no extra postage needed.
