One question regarding the Resume: I’m working for almost 18 years, and changed at least 10 companies including couple of General Labor jobs in Canada, do I have to tell them everything in detail from the beginning, 18 yrs ago…?

记得以前简历是包括在申请表（IMM5257B)中的。以前是4页，现在是2页。似乎已经没有这些项目了。是怎么回事？需要额外的这张表吗？
