相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 老婆跟我吵架，并打电话报警，竟被控告Assault。母亲目前正在探亲，请问母亲还能申请延期甚至移民嘛？在申请表里都有询问家庭成员或担保人的犯罪记录，不知如何回答。切盼大家的指点，谢谢！

遇到这种情况，双方都有责任。 媳妇冲动了，老公没有处理好婆媳关系。有着和谐婆媳关系的家庭，老公是中间的轴心。愚孝和只顺着媳妇都不能解决问题的。

if it depends on the question ( charge or crimminal record?) and also depend on your court case process. either you or your wife is chagred, then the answer is yes in the" charged" colum.criminal record is another thing. some people will have no criminal record for assualt, some will have, but most will be cleared in 3 yrs automaticlly for assualt case. it is said very clear in your court certified info.

如果回答yes的话，会不会拒签，甚至以后的移民担保也会影响呢？移民局会查每个人的控告记录吗？
