对我来说,健身就不累了,其实有时累的是心情不是身体,锻炼之后的感觉真的很好,身心都非常舒服。

锻炼可以平衡荷尔蒙,带孩子不能。荷尔蒙平衡了,头发更亮泽,皮肤更光滑,周期更稳定~

刚开始锻炼不要量太大,体力上来后再加量,就不会觉得很累了。锻炼以后改善睡眠,增强体力,于己于人都有利:)难得有老公这么支持的,快去吧!

运动鞋一双,健身服两套,每周至少去GYM 3次,每次至少1 小时,还要适当的节食,多饮水;坚持一段时间,会见效果的。

Work-out is very important. I'm total gained 40lbs during pregant. I started work-out when my baby was 6-week.(i work-out 4-5 times/week and 45 min each time)....I lost 30lbs in 3 month. I lost another 5 lb in 6 month. In a year, I got back my shape as before. Now, i keep work-out 2-3 times a week. You could join with me. I live in Markham and I workout at goodlife fitness on Markville mall. PM me if you have interest to workout together.

锻炼是一定要的啊。我每天早上起来跑3mile。速度不快。就是保持心肺功能。如要减肥,第一不是靠运动,而是靠diet。
