I got the feedback from Beijing as per MP's inquiry. In the late 2010, the file submitted in October 2007 would be processed. So, for October file NO. in 2007 should receive the notice for ME in several months.In Beijing Visa Office's website, the files before Oct.1 are not likely to be finalized. But it does not means the process will not start in 2010.

As far as I know, the Beijing File NO. in October, 2007 will start ME late this year. For November file number, please consult your local MP。

Does that mean Beijing still has QUOTA for 2010? Why they post on their website saying"cases after Oct.2007 are not likely processed"?

"Are not likely" means " Maybe ". "Finalize" means complete the session.
The October files had not been assigned to any officers yet, but it will be start late this year.

We should clear one more thing: The processing date will be based on Beijing Website, not CIC website because the cases are processed in Beijing, not in Canada.
