相约北美 / 探亲团聚 / 请问办过父母移民的朋友：如果母亲十多年前因癌症动过手术，现在完全康复，现在不到65，要不要主动汇报移民官（比如请以前主治医生证明完全康复之类），还是等体检时向体检医生口头说明（因为有明显的刀口，不可能忽略），希望有类似经验的朋友能指点或者分享一下。谢谢！

You do not need to tell Immigration officer, but need to tell doctors when doing body check, better to make a certified copy of the record from the hospital where your Mom did surgery.You do not need to worry since your Mom is full recovered,

我爸爸2年半前做过胃的手术，没有做过任何放、化疗。体检时给医生提供了手术记录和术后康复无需治疗的医生证明。医生翻译后由移民官决定。3月体检，还在等待结果。希望顺利通过。

我父亲四年前做得癌症手术，体检后要求提供医生证明，关于手术情况，术后康复情况，以及最新体检结果，现在已经拿到签证了。所以不要太过担心，而且你母亲做手术已经超过十年，有可能都不需要提供这些证明。

谢谢各位分享经验。我母亲心脏不好，10年前装了心脏起搏器，她还有冠心病。目前一切都稳定。请问办过父母移民的朋友，谁有过类似的例子？在她体检时，有没有什么特别的检查项目？需要医生出示什么证明吗？是否需要复检，复检些什么？多谢了！

My father has heart problem too, but not so serious. Your mom will have some special check for the heart (e.g. Xin-Dian-Tu). If her blood pressure is normal, they may not have the extra checks. Good luck!
