"英语不好,也缺乏组织能力" is an excuse. As long as you speak English, even the worst tonge, English is still English. The PM who you are going to talk with must understand your request . That is his job.If you can make an appointment with PM and talk with him or her, I belive this would definitely help a lot.
When more and more people take part in conversations with PMs, they will relize how important this is.
The new poll is coming. I believe they will listen.
Please go to office and talk with PM, face to face. This will only need 1or 2 hours at the time you and PM selected(even the transportation time included).

So my understanding is I can go to PM's office directly and talk to him right there. I do not need to make an appointment ahead of time.Correct me, if I am wrong.
