The PM is nice and easy to talk with. I could receive some feedbacks in 2 weeks.We could find a chance to complain with the minster of immigration department if we have enough people to talk with our local PM. Only when there are enough cases in different locations, we could find the real solution.

You are right. We have to stand out, not hide.After talked with PM, he had known those problems. The thing is we have to get more and more PMs to stand for us and this could be a fast way to do it.
As I mentioned before, English is not an issue to complain, but the attitude does.
I will keep in touch with my local PM and hope more and more persons to join the team to talk with their local PMs.
My target is to get a chance to talk with minister of immigration department no matter where he is.
