Visa Officer is authorized to exam all information of both sponsor and sponsored person including sponsor's qualification during PR application processing. That will include sponsor's income. VO can require re-assessment regardingsponsor's qualification if he/she has any doubt on sponsorship even sponsorship application has been already approved by CIC-M. So that is why I said it could affect parents PR application if sponsor doesn't keep income over the line all the time before getting PR visa issued. And actually it did happen not only once. Be careful, my friend.

CIC并没有明文规定担保资格审核批准后在拿到签证前不会再翻查担保人的资料，倒是有规定允许签证官有权随时可以审核担保人的情况，而且没有规定这个时间段是到什么时候为止。
