My FIle date is July 27, just changed from 14 to 7. Can I ask if the medical exam form received in China or Canada? is resume required for both parents? Many thanks! (Sorry I cannot input Chinese for now)

I don't understand your first question. Re - 2nd question, submit resume for all applicants over the age of 18.
