I don't think the school is liable for this injury unless it was caused by the ownership or operation of the premises, which is not the case here.However, you may hold the wrongdoer's parent responsible for it. Suggest you see lawer for his/her advice before taking any action against any party. Remeber, they normally have a lawer sitting behind them. You will simlply jepordize your postion w/o good preparation.
