When she mails in to ask for address change, what kind of information should be included in the mail? name, birthday, old address, new address? is the number at the bottom of the confirmation letter the case number?
just wondering how can they link her personal information to the case.

client number is in the COPR. When she payed the sponsorship fee, she should get a receipt. The receipt number is in that receipt.
