The website JIAOZI recommended (http://www.priceline.com) seems very nice. If you are flexible with which hotel you will be in,just give the place, date, star of hotels, and the price you can accept, and they will find one for you.
However, you will have to make a fake registration (make yourself looks like an american), and the offer (if they find one) is final, you can't change, transfer or cancel it.
