枫下茶话 / 美国话题 / [请教] How did you answer "can you work for any employer without restrictions?" during interviews? I can use TN CSA (business side) or H1 but people I work for usually know next to nothing about TN/H1.

If you are qualified to be a TNer, you can say Yes, I canGenerally when the agents/employers ask so, they imply to ask "are you US citizen or GC holder?".
In my mind, this implication should become "are you US citizen or GC holder or TN holder?" If you are qualified the TN, virtually you can work for any employer. But because most of people, even some job agents, do not really know what TN or NAFTA is. For this situation, you must be very positive and point it out.
