fixed. it turns out that it couldn't upload the tax file behind firewall or something like that. thanks anyway

I am using QuickTax Regular Edition, I don't have the same problem as yours. my two cents...First, if you've already generated .tax file, you can upload your file through NETFILE web site.
Second, there are a NETFILE menu in FILE, try that one and see if you have a luck.
