Boil the shrimp and chop the meat of shrimp with knife. Be aware that some kids are allegic to seafood. You can try a little bit at first and don't add other food at the same time.I bought the cheese for kid when we were in China. I think it's better to buy special one for your kid because he/she is only 7 months old.
