总算UPS显示东西到了,等了整整16天。今天Rogers才回信,还是什么表示都没有,推说看不到我的帐户信息,要我把生日和密码发给他们。我对他们的服务彻底失望。

经过18天的等待,终于收到了Rogers寄出的IPhone。我准备和Rogers Negotiate,要求赔偿。结果会告诉大家。我也和本地的报纸联系了,不过看来他们对我的经历不感兴趣。加拿大人的耐心太好了。

Called Rogers Customer Relationship. They said, Rogers only responsible for their service, IPhone is Apple product so the warranty is covered by Apple. I cannot accept the answer and decide to complaint to CCTS.
