谢谢大家的回复,因为在加拿大用的是全民医疗,对于美国的不清楚所以心里没底,孩子还小一直生病,所以医疗对于我们家庭来说是很重要的一个环节,或许这次面试的时候不一定会问,只是想了解下美国的医疗情况。
其实还是是否要去美国成为全家的问题,犹豫啊。。。

about insurance and benefitsIf you work as independent contractor, most time, the company doesn't offer lots of benefits for you. However, some companies will at least give you the package of health insurance, which is extremely important for living in US. There is no OHIP in US, everybody needs to use insurance to cover the health expense unless you like to pay 20K for couple-day hospitalization. :D Let me know if you get more information about the offer and benefit package. 一般公司在医疗保险上对每个员工都相同的吧,你不会有什么谈的余地. 能谈的都是工资, relocation上的事.我现在每月200多点, 保一家4人, 具体的比较复杂 .医疗上的支出比在加拿大多是肯定的.但是我觉得这不是你要不要接工作的决定因素.

Some infoNormally if they are professional, the HR will tell you all these things and normally insurance and benefit all is same.
Benefit: 401K match rate; vacation; holiday and company holiday
insurance: medical; vision;dental
Salary: base salary, bonus; stock option;
Immi: sponsor TN,H1B and GC
